Cook Medical Australia is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D team in our Australian Head Office at Eight Mile Plains. Reporting to the R&D Manager for Women's Health, this hands-on position will involve:
Key Responsibilities
Developing ideas and new products in the field of assisted reproduction and general surgery
Responsible for Project Documentation, including test protocols, validation reports and risk analysis
Generation of manufacturing and quality control documentation with regards to new products or changes to existing products
Key Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification
Demonstrable problem solving skills
Experience in product development
An understanding of the regulatory requirements for the medical device industry
Scientific approach to product testing and validation
