Reporting to the Property Group's recently appointed Asset Manager you will be responsible for account managing all "non-terminal" commercial & retail property leases, so as to maximise revenue performance.  Through a proactive and collaborative approach, you will develop productive relationships with tenant representatives, leasing agencies and key internal stakeholders of which there are many.

To be successful in this role you will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be an effective multi-tasker.  Significant experience in a commercial property management role including well developed skills in lease analysis and negotiation is required.
