The Role

• Support for product development
• Manufacturing and design problem solving
• Participation in risk management teams
• Investigation and resolution of customer complaints

The Person

• Degree in Mechanical or Medical Engineering
• Ability to document engineering investigations to a level that can be understood by informed readers
• Analytical mindset and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good skills in time and task management
• Strong team focus
• High attention to detail
