To support this projected growth, the new position of General Counsel & Company Secretary has been created.

Qualified with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) as a minimum, you will have a current practicing certificate and several years of in house counsel experience.  Ideally, you will also possess Company Secretarial qualifications and membership (or eligibility) for membership of Chartered Secretaries Australia as well as several years operating as a Company Secretary for a Commercial entity.
