Cook Medical's Surgery Business Unit sells an interesting range of innovative products to General, Gynaecology, Colorectal, Plastic and other surgical specialities We seek the services of an experienced sales professional to join the Cook Surgery team, based in Melbourne.
Comprehensive product training will be supplied by our global product managers.
The Role
- To outperform sales expectations in the designated territory
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers while seeking out key opinion leaders within the surgical field
- Provide in-service and product support training to surgical staff
- Attend conferences and travel interstate as required
The Person
- Goal oriented achiever
- Relevant experience in hospital based selling, especially within the OT environment, highly desirable
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills
- Proficient problem solving , planning/prioritisation skills essential
- Ability to develop relationships at multiple levels and support customers
- Ability to attend and provide product support within an operating room at procedures as required
- Ability to understand customers needs and convert product opportunities into sales.
